Question 2:

ANswer 1:
It was the new NTUC project that was launched to help single mums, widows and divorcees who not only have a tougher time juggling work and family, but find it hard to get help. The new NTUC Project gives job, legal and emotional support. This project is launched to mark International Womens' Day.They will get help finding a job, and also be able to join support groups that arrange activities for them and their children in these trying times. NTUC's WDS will encourage those who are not able to go out to work to make use of other skills, like baking or sewing,to help themselves generate an income.

Answer 2:
If i come across a single mother who is unemployed, i would ask her if she is holding a part-time job, full-time job or no job at all and her working hours daily. I would tell her not to strain and tire herself too much and she must have ample rest because she has three big responsibilities where firstly she has to take care of the household, secondly, she has to go out and work to earn money and lastly she has to find time to take care of the children's welfare.
She can turn to the counsellors where they will give you advice. You also can turn to the project recently NTUC where its aim is to help divorcees, widows and single mothers. these people can approach NTUC and they will do their best to help you.
